The customer wanted to simplify, centralize and reduce the number of passwords required in general, and specifically for enabling user access to Google Apps. The ability for the client to leverage existing LDAP password and security credentials was essential, especially for Mobile users who desired integrated Google Apps SSO access. The LDAP Password Sync implementation approach is one of several deployment options which are available to EasyConnect customers.
